I recommend trying the drivers from the Visser website because what you need is a EasyCap driver, and based on the ones available, I've seen that Windows 10 is among the operating systems supported. Remove the driver you currently have installed, then go to the link below and locate the one you need for your device. Install it by following the installation procedure, then check its behavior.
I have 4-channel USB DVR running on Windows 7. It records with 30 fps. How can I fix it to record with 25 fps?

Usually, you have the possibility to change the recording FPS from the camera's administration menu. If the CCTV are the same brand as the software is, then you can change the FPS mode from the DVR software in Settings menu, but if it's not working, then you will have to connect to the Administration interface for each CCTV camera and adjust the FPS recording number.
I was able to install the Superviewer software and driver. When opening the SuperViewer and connect one camera, there's no video on screen. I go to setup mode to check all available screen from NTSC, PAL & Secam but nothing happens.
Please advise me what went wrong. I'm using Pentium 4, 1.5GB memory.

The most common problems related to DVR applications and cameras are related to driver installation. On the computer where the application is installed, check the Device Manager for the driver's installation. It's most likely possible that the drivers for the USB device were not installed properly.
